Return Window Return requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the damage/defect must be provided at the time of raising the request.

Non-Returnable Cases We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect product selection, or minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product functionality.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team within 10 days of delivery with your order details and proof of damage.
  2. Our team will review the request and verify the claim.
  3. Upon approval, the return will be processed as per the resolution method (replacement or refund, as applicable).

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe after the returned product is received and verified.
